Professional Development--Chain Stories

Please allow me to introduce myself!  I am an ENL teacher in Indianapolis, Indiana.  I've been enjoying this position for 6 years and although I miss having my own classroom, I absolutely love my job!  One part of this position that differs from a general education position is that I get to do professional development with my coteachers.  Sometimes we do this as an ENL team--I love working with the other ENL teachers in my district to generate ideas.  Do you do trainings in your buildings?  If so, I'd love to hear your ideas.  Below is one of my favorite ways to make the audience feel like an EL.
